Chalet 1802 Service
As Chamonix specialists we, at Chalet 1802, have very discerning customers. Most of them ski regularly; many have been to Chamonix before and they all know what they want, and how much it should cost. If our guests weren’t happy with us then the majority of our bookings would not come from returning guests and their friends.
Although our chalets are luxurious, they are not overly expensive. And although our service and cleaning matches that of any hotel in Chamonix, and our cuisine is restaurant quality, our chalets and staff are not cold and impersonal. There is nothing snooty about our chalets or our service; instead you’ll find deep comfort, a wonderful holiday experience and service so good you’ll hardly notice it.
Indeed, what we strive to create is a real home from home feel in our chalets; and, as we are owner/operators of all our properties, this is something which we can and do achieve. We also have an intimate knowledge of the Chamonix valley and can advise and help book all aspects of your ski holiday with us from your greeting and arrival at the airport to your ski hire, ski lessons, guides, masseuses and restaurants.
You will also have both Chalet 1802 directors on hand at the resort, and all our office staff have an intimate knowledge of Chamonix and our chalets. However, it is our resort staff who are our greatest asset; and the real reason why our guests go home satisfied year after year and why a significant proportion re-book early.
